All cakes and services are subject to a 15-20% refund based on client satisfaction. Please ensure that you note any allergies before the cake is made. If there is alcohol ordered with any cake all recipients are required to be above the age of 21. 

All baked items must be placed on a  level surface for transport with a/c. All baked goods must remain refrigerated up to an hour prior to the event start time. Please note that all baked goods must be placed n a refrigerator with out strong odors, as the baked goods may begin to taste like the odors present in the refrigerator. 

All instructions on how to transport the cake will be given when the cake is received. After the cake has been delivered it is no longer the responsibility of K.M.S. Kakes & Katering. Please give us your feedback on any services or products received that would be greatly appreciated. We love cake design photos and cake guts (slice) pictures!

Cake orders must be placed 2 weeks in advance with a 50% deposit. All catering orders must be placed 2 weeks in advance with a 50% deposit. A $40 rush fee will be applied to all cake orders placed within a with in a week prior to the due date of your order. A %100 rush fee will be applied to all catering orders placed within a week prior to the event date. The remaining payment of all orders is due (2) days prior to your event date no later than 7:00 pm. 

We are closed on Sundays  (special events only) and open from 9:00 am- 7:00 pm Monday-Saturday. K.M.S. Kakes & Katering holds all rights to any photos of services or products for promotional use.
